World Poker Tour Set is this Seasons Hot Buy (OPN Staff)
The frenzy surrounding poker has spilled over to the shelves of Sam's Club. The wholesale warehouse store began exclusively to carry the "Official World Poker Tour™" (WPT) Poker Set for the holiday season. Due to the games immense popularity, Sam's club is having trouble keeping up with demand for the poker kit, and consumers are often finding the shelves empty of the sought-after WPT sets.
The poker kits are manufactured by U.S. Playing Card Company, a division of Jarden Corporation, with permission from the creator of World Poker Tour, WPT Enterprises, Inc. The set includes 400 heavyweight professional quality clay-filled poker chips (125 blue, 100 red and 75 black), two decks of cards, The Official World Poker Tour Rules Book and is packaged in a handmade wooden case.
